Send an e-mail requesting a formal quote and you will be sent back a PDF quote. In your request please include in the quote the following:

  • Quantity
  • Ring size & type (round or D ring)
  • Type of spine, square standard or round (extra cost for round)
  • Any pockets this is an extra cost
  • Business card holder, also an extra cost
  • Deliver date
  • Any other extras

Simply send an e-mail placing the order with quantity, ring size, ship to address and delivery date

We will send an order confirmation that will include all cost for the binders including shipping

  • Cost for the number of binders
  • Number of expected overs (more here on overs)
  • Shipping cost by ground to your zip code

Payment can be paid by credit or check card, all popular credit cards are accepted. We use two secure online companies for payments, Paypal and Google Checkout.

We do not see any of your credit card numbers and in over ten years of using online credit card process we have never had any problems.
